3-Month Program: Sessions can be scheduled in-person, via video conference or both.

• Initial 90-minute visit with Dr. Bozzone

• Initial 75-minute visit with Coach Crissie

• 2 follow-up 60 minute visits with the physician

• 2 follow-up 45 minute visits with the health coach (one can be a grocery store tour, in home cooking demo or private yoga session)

• Access to support and resources throughout the 3 month program
