Small group sessions are typically formed around a specific subject or health condition. Common topics include whole food, plant-based eating, diabetes reversal, yoga and many more.

FOUNDATION PROGRAMS

*Diabetes Reversal: Addressing the Root Cause, 9 weekly sessions, $300

A Whole Food, Plant-Based Journey

Each class includes a meal, a cooking demo, group work, and light movement.

Using the latest evidence on diet and lifestyle, timing of meals, sleep, stress and exercise, we’ll address the cause of diabetes and ways to reduce or eliminate the need for medication. By gaining a greater understanding of what diabetes is and what you can do to eliminate the cause, clients will improve their overall health and have the power to truly live disease-free.

Foundations: A Journey to Your True Health, 4 weekly sessions, $180

A Mindful Yoga Journey

Each class includes a meal, a cooking demo, group work, and light movement.

You can take these classes individually. Each class is $45.00

Dive into the 4 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Stress, Diet, Movement, and Sleep to jumpstart your journey toward optimal wellness. Each class will include a combination of mindfulness, lecture, group discussion, cooking demo and tastings, and gentle movement.

DISCOVER YOGA: Weekly Sessions

Mindfully move your body through yoga with Coach Crissie on Wednesdays at 5:00pm. For those new to yoga or desiring a mindful flow.

Location: River Run Health 1067 River Front Parkway. Chattanooga, TN 37402. Held in Healthy Lifestyle Learning Center. Please call/email ahead to reserve.

Diabetes Reversal

*While this class can benefit both type I and type II diabetes, type I diabetics are typically unable to completely stop insulin. Not all patients will be able to stop medications, but all can benefit from reducing unnecessary medications and dosing requirements by improving insulin sensitivity.
